Eve / 01

CONTINUOUS READ/WRITE

Biology needs a programmable interface

Biology is captured in snapshots: blood draws, CT scans, DNA/RNA sequencing, and biopsies. AI is increasing exponentially and ingesting all of our health data. Yet humans still have no reliable tool for continuously measuring their biology and acting on those changes.

01 / The loop

Read. Write. Repeat.

Our architecture connects measurement and action in one observable loop. It reads change, interprets patterns, delivers a bounded response, and measures again.

  1. 01 Continuous measurement

    Read

Physical sensors collect biochemical and physiological signals over time, with quality and uncertainty attached.

  2. 02 Personal models

    Understand

Software looks for patterns, relates changes to inputs, and keeps the raw evidence available for inspection.

  3. 03 Bounded action

    Write

A separate physical path supports prevalidated, locally authorized, and measured delivery.

  4. 04 Closed-loop evidence

    Learn

The system measures again, compares the response with the prediction, and updates the personal record.

02 / Live feedback

Learn from your body, live.

Most health information arrives as a snapshot. Eve is built around change: what moved, when it moved, and what happened just before.

03 / The missing dimension

Time is the best denoiser

Before biology can be denoised, it has to be observed over time. Molecular data is still collected as isolated snapshots. Each measurement captures a moment, but not the trajectory around it. Continuous information creates the time series needed to separate transient fluctuation from persistent change.

Isolated snapshots

LOW TEMPORAL CONTEXT

Five isolated molecular measurements Five measurements appear as separated points, leaving the biological signal between them unknown. T−30D TIME T+30D

A blood draw, sequencing run, or biopsy records one moment. The trajectory between measurements remains unobserved.

02 / REQUIRED STATE

Continuous information

TEMPORAL CONTEXT

Continuous molecular measurements reveal a persistent signal Many faint observations surround a clear green time-series trend, making transient noise distinguishable from persistent change. T−30D TIME T+30D

Repeated observations expose temporal structure—what is transient, what repeats, and what persists.

04 / A modular, scalable architecture

Program your own biology.

Eve is a new type of tool. Like the PC, phone, and robot, it directs intelligence into a new medium. Created by programmers and designers who wanted to bring a new medium to biology.
